Battery Systems Powered Carts Mobile Workstations

Not every cart needs a battery.

Sometimes the job is simple: get a screen, a laptop, or a worksurface to wherever the work is happening. These carts and mobile desks skip the power system entirely — lighter, simpler, and ready to roll the moment they arrive.

Built for wherever it rolls

Three markets, one idea: skip the battery, keep the mobility.

Clinical & Industrial

Point-of-care laptop and LCD carts, a bedside pole cart, and a non-powered Mosaic platform — for rooms where a battery isn’t required but mobility still is.

Office & Sit-Stand

Sit-stand mobile workstations bring ergonomic movement to a shared or open-plan floor, alongside a heavy-duty utility cart and a simple mobile desk for anything else.

Education

Mobile desks and AV hubs move technology between classrooms, labs, and common areas, so the room can be reconfigured instead of rebuilt.

Clinical & Industrial

Neo-Flex LCD Cart & Laptop Cart

The same open-architecture chassis, built two ways: the LCD Cart carries a monitor and mini-PC, the Laptop Cart carries a laptop under a locking security bracket. Both weigh under 38 lbs, adjust 20″ from sitting to standing height, and roll into tight spaces — a hospital point-of-care station, a manufacturing-floor EWI terminal, or an IT department’s diagnostic “crash cart.”

Office & Sit-Stand

WorkFit-C Sit-Stand Workstation

A mobile desk that doubles as a standing desk. Single or dual-monitor mounting, a 25″ height-adjustment range, and a stowable keyboard tray with a 5° back-tilt to keep wrists neutral. No tools needed to personalize the fit as the workday — or the desk’s next occupant — changes.

Lift Range

25″ of travel, tool-free

CPU Capacity

Holds CPUs up to 40 lbs

Clinical & Industrial

Mosaic Laptop Cart, Non-Powered

The same modular Mosaic platform used on the Powered Carts page — a secure laptop compartment, key-locking drawer options, and a badge-scanning location — built without a battery for units that don’t need one yet. Open-architecture design means power can be added later without swapping the cart.

Common questions

Mobile workstation FAQs.

Why would I choose a non-powered cart over a battery system?

If the equipment plugs in where it’s used, or the cart just needs to move a screen or laptop between spots on the same shift, a battery adds cost and weight you don’t need. It’s simpler to start non-powered and add power later if the workflow changes.

Can these carts be upgraded with a battery down the line?

Most can. The StyleView Pole Cart and Mosaic Laptop Cart both accept an add-on hot-swap battery system without replacing the cart itself. Ask your rep which models in this lineup support that upgrade path.

What’s the difference between the Neo-Flex Laptop Cart and LCD Cart?

Same chassis, different mount: the Laptop Cart has a locking security bracket for a laptop, while the LCD Cart carries a monitor and mini-PC on an articulating arm. Pick based on which hardware is actually riding on the cart.

Will WorkFit-C or Neo-Flex WideView fit our existing office layout?

Both have a small wheeled footprint designed for open-plan and shared-desk environments. Send your rep the floor plan or aisle widths and we’ll confirm clearance before you order.

Are LearnFit and TeachWell durable enough for daily classroom use?

Yes — both are BIFMA-tested and built for continuous student and instructor handling, with LearnFit carrying a 10-year warranty on the base assembly.

How is Zido different from the rest of the lineup?

Zido is a simpler, higher-capacity platform — up to 150 lbs total load on a pneumatic column, versus the 15–50 lb ranges on the display-focused carts. It’s built for moving general equipment and supplies, not just a screen.

Tell us what’s on the cart. We’ll spec the platform.

Equipment, environment, and how many units — that’s all it takes to match the right non-powered platform to the job.
