The MedXP-400 mounts low on the pole, well below the monitor and camera, so it never crowds the workspace or blocks sightlines. This setup pairs it with a full-size display, a PTZ camera for telehealth, and a scanner — the kind of loadout it’s built to carry through a full shift.
Low, out-of-the-way mounting is the point of the modular main-and-auxiliary design — a single fixed battery this size would have to sit lower and heavier, or crowd the shelf.

Weight & Dimensions

The main pack mounts to the cart’s VESA plate and stays put; the auxiliary pack clips in beside it and is the one that hot-swaps. Combined, the mounted system adds about 13 lbs to the cart — light enough for higher mounting positions that would strain a heavier battery.
