Mobile fleet charging

Three configurations, one goal: a full fleet, charged and ready every morning.

Standard Charging

Adjustable bays, locking IT area, and simultaneous charging for 24–40 laptops or Chromebooks — the everyday workhorse for a classroom or department fleet.

Pre-Wired & Managed

Skip the setup labor with a factory pre-wired configuration, or add device-management software that syncs and configures the whole fleet as it charges overnight.

Tablet-Optimized

Slimmer bays sized for tablets rather than laptops, holding up to 40 devices with adjustable dividers for cases of any thickness.

Standard Charging

YES36 Adjusta Charging Cart

The mid-capacity workhorse of the lineup: 36 laptops, Chromebooks, or tablets charging at once behind a two-point locking door. Adjustable-height shelves and bay dividers fit devices up to 15.5″ x 14.25″, a locking IT area in back keeps 36 power outlets and cord bundles organized, and 4″ locking casters keep it parked exactly where you leave it.

YES30 Adjusta Charging Cart, Pre-Wired

Same Adjusta platform, delivered fully wired for 30 devices out of the box — no threading cords through bays on install day. The photo shows exactly what arrives: three shelves of pre-routed power drops, cable channels, and labeled bays, ready to load and lock on day one.

Zip40 Charging and Management Cart

Transport, secure, manage, and charge up to 40 laptops, Chromebooks, Ultrabooks, or MacBooks in one cart. Built-in device-management software configures and syncs the fleet while it charges, and PowerShuttle® Technology charges quickly while helping prevent electrical circuit overload — useful where IT staff manage devices centrally rather than per-classroom.

Common questions

Charging cart FAQs.

What’s the difference between the two Zip40 carts?

Same physical cart and 40-device capacity — the Charging and Management Cart adds built-in software that syncs and configures the fleet while it charges. Choose the plain Charging Cart if IT manages devices a different way.

Is pre-wiring worth the extra weight on YES30?

If your install team would otherwise be routing 30 individual power drops on site, yes — it trades a heavier factory-assembled unit for a fraction of the on-site labor. Standard YES24/36 carts still ship with adjustable, user-configurable bays.

Will these carts fit through a standard doorway?

Yes — the YES-series carts are designed with a small footprint (as narrow as 24.25″ wide) specifically to clear standard interior doorways. Send your rep your narrowest doorway width to confirm any specific model.

Can YES40 charge laptops as well as tablets?

YES40’s bays are sized for tablets and similar thin devices (up to 15.5″ x 14.25″ including case). For a laptop-heavy fleet, YES24, YES36, or YES Basic have deeper bays built for that form factor.

Should devices be powered off before charging?

Yes, this is recommended across the lineup to ensure consistent charging and to avoid unnecessary battery cycling while stored.

How many laptops does Tek Cart Classic hold?

20, 26, or 32 devices depending on configuration, with removable power-management dividers and locking tambour doors — a good fit for compact storage rooms where floor space is limited.

Device count, device type, and whether you need pre-wiring or management software — that’s all it takes to match the right mobile charging platform.
