Fixed-location charging

Three ways to mount it, one job: keep devices charged and secured.

Desktop & Countertop

Sits on a counter, cart-top, or shelf — no installation required. Good fit for a classroom charging station or a front-desk tablet fleet.

Wall-Mount, Space-Saving

Frees the floor and countertop entirely. Built for IT closets, break rooms, and corridors where square footage is the constraint.

Secure Personal Storage

Individually locking compartments for wallets, keys, radios, and other personal or department gear — with optional charging in every slot.

Desktop & Countertop

Common questions

Charging cabinet FAQs.

Should I choose a cabinet or a cart?

If the room has a dedicated spot with power already run to it, a cabinet is the simpler, lower-cost install. If devices need to move between rooms or get issued out daily, a cart earns its keep. See the Charging Carts page for the mobile lineup.

Can the wall-mount units be installed without an electrician?

Zip12 Wall and Tek Depot both plug into a standard outlet once mounted — the mounting itself is a standard wall-anchor install. Send your rep your wall type and we’ll confirm hardware and clearance.

What’s the difference between Tek Depot and Tek Stak?

Tek Depot is a bulk device store-and-charge station sized for 12 or 16 devices at once. Tek Stak is built around individually locking compartments for personal items, with charging as an optional add-on per compartment — a different use case for securing valuables rather than a device fleet.

Do these cabinets prevent overcharging or overheating?

All units in this lineup are ventilated to manage heat during simultaneous charging. Devices should be powered off or in a low-draw state before charging, per manufacturer guidance.

Can Tek Depot units be stacked to add capacity?

Yes — Tek Depot stacks up to 3-high, so a single wall or desk footprint can scale from 12–16 devices up to roughly 48 as needs grow.

What locking options does Tek Stak offer?

Key, hasp, or a programmable digital keypad lock, selectable per compartment configuration — useful when different departments or shifts need independent access.

Tell us the device count and the wall. We’ll spec the cabinet.

Device count, mounting surface, and lock preference — that’s all it takes to match the right fixed-location charging platform.
